Sales Operations Specialist
Mine Vision Systems is a mining technology company building the decision-making platform for underground mining. We introduce high-fidelity data into the mining workflow that has simply never existed before, enabling operators to move from assumptions to evidence-based decisions. Our digital infrastructure is designed to map, monitor, and manage the underground mining environment with confidence, creating a persistent, data-rich foundation for operational and strategic decision-making. Since the launch of our flagship product, FaceCapture, in late 2023, adoption has accelerated rapidly as customers realize the value of truly understanding their underground operations.
We focus on underground mining of critical minerals and precious metals, where small improvements in accuracy and insight drive outsized returns. Our technology delivers millions of dollars in annual value by minimizing overbreak, improving ore calls, enhancing resource models, and enabling a growing set of high-impact applications across the mine lifecycle. By transforming raw underground data into actionable intelligence, Mine Vision Systems empowers mining teams to operate more efficiently, more predictably, and with greater confidence than ever before.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support MVS's commercial team. The role covers CRM and pipeline management, commercial reporting and analytics, contract process coordination, BD campaign logistics, event logistics, and sales enablement. It is a hands-on execution role -- the right person is organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing several workstreams at once in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Execution & CRM Hygiene: Monitor CRM data integrity including stage definitions, close dates, ownership, and activity logging. Prepare structured inputs for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cadence.
- Reporting & Commercial Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards tracking core KPIs (pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle length, ACV, account executive performance). Surface trends and anomalies to the CRO and VP of Field Operations.
- TAM & Market Data Maintenance: Maintain and refresh the Total Addressable Market model quarterly using inputs from leadership and the field.
- Contracts Coordination: Develop and maintain a repeatable playbook covering agreement negotiations - “standard” modifications, what triggers legal or finance review, and what escalates to the CEO. Coordinate execution against that playbook.
- BD Campaign & Outreach Coordination: Manage the operational mechanics of outbound BD campaigns including sequence setup, contact lists, resource scheduling, and follow-up tracking as directed by the CRO or VP of Field Operations.
- Event & Conference Logistics: Own logistics for conferences and customer events: registration, booth coordination, sponsorship deadlines, and post-event follow-up workflows.
- Sales Enablement Materials: Keep onboarding materials, playbooks, competitive summaries, and case documentation current and accessible. Flag gaps as they arise.
- Revenue Tech Stack Administration: Administer the commercial tech stack including managing users, monitoring integrations, and flagging adoption or data quality issues.
- Customer Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor renewal dates, customer health metrics, account plans, and other usage metrics and surface opportunities and risks to the appropriate account team, the VP of Field Operations, and the CRO.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial support experience, ideally in B2B technology and industrial tech.
- Hands-on CRM administration experience with strong data hygiene instincts. Comfortable with pipeline structure, selling processes, and user accountability.
- Strong analytical skills. Able to build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports from raw data; fluent in Excel and Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a working curiosity about how they can improve operational workflows, from automating reporting to accelerating content updates and surfacing insights from commercial data.
- Experience supporting structured BD campaigns including sequence logistics, contact management, and follow-up tracking, within a defined strategic framework set by others.
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable process playbooks, particularly in areas like contract coordination where clear escalation paths and consistency matter.
- Strong project management instincts. Able to keep multiple parallel workstreams (events, campaigns, reporting, contracts) moving without dropping detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment where the role requires judgment about when to act and when to escalate.
- Familiarity with technology and enterprise software sales cycles is a strong plus.
